A little about me...

I'm a 27 year old female and was born and raised in smoggy, err I mean sunny, southern cali. I have been married for a little over 3 years to my best friend and favorite goober head. We have had a recent addition to our family; our daughter (ahhhhh). She was born in March of 2008 and is only a few months old.

My husband and I are extremely active on the weekends and like to go out, eat, drink, listen to music, and just plain...get out of the house. We love to dress up (pirates, western, renaissance) and play a part. We strive for hokey, hole in the wall, cheap festivals with good food and cheap beer.

Now that our outing requirements must include "Kid Friendly", I have been given the task of finding new things to do that not only can we bring our little one to, but a place for adults as well.

It took so much hunting and getting frustrated having to go to 50 sites to find one thing to do that wasn't a million hours drive away. With a 4 month old in the car that long...pshsh forget about it!  

It has now been a few months and I have gathered many fairs, festivals and locations to go to (all including a beer garden). So I figured there must be people out there just like me that is tired of asking that same lame question

"What do you want to do this weekend?"
